Security Monitoring PAUSE Override (turn off monitoring)

This article will walk you through how to pause Security Monitoring when staff are on-site during armed hours.  This will temporarily prevent Security Monitoring alerts from being triggered during armed hours.

1. Log into SiteCloud.
2. Navigate to the View Camera page.
3. Go into the settings (wrench and screwdriver icon) and select -Security Monitoring Override
   

4. In the Security Monitoring Overrides area, select Add Pause Override.

5. In the Security Monitoring Overrides area, complete the following and click Save Override.

• • Start Date / Start Time
  • End Date / End Time

6. Click Save Override

7. Under Active Overrides the current override will display.

• • Click the pencil to edit
  • Click the trash can to delete
