DroneDeploy Integration

For job sites utilizing DroneDeploy, you can now seamlessly integrate DroneDeploy aerial media directly into your Sensera Insights Progress reports.

Prerequisites

• An active Sensera SiteCloud account with access to Insights Progress.
• A DroneDeploy Enterprise Account with Admin or Owner permissions (required by DroneDeploy to generate API keys).

Setup & Connection Instructions

Step 1: Generate your DroneDeploy API Key

1. Log into your DroneDeploy Dashboard.
2. Click your Account Preferences icon in the upper-left menu.
3. Navigate to the API Key section.
4. Click Generate to create a new key, then click the blue Copy button to save it to your clipboard.(For more information, see the official DroneDeploy API Key Documentation).

Step 2: Connect to Sensera SiteCloud

1. Log into SiteCloud.
2. Navigate to Insights from the main menu and choose Progress from the upper-left menu.
3. From the Progress, click Drone Deploy found in the upper-right corner
4. Paste your copied DroneDeploy API Key into the designated field.
5. Once validated, a drop-down menu will appear. Select the corresponding DroneDeploy project that matches your Sensera project.Once connected, Sensera will automatically begin ingesting aerial photos that fall within the specific date range of your generated progress reports.
