THE CHALLENGE
Portable camera allows simple movement between fast projects
Moseley Real Estate Developers (MoseleyREA) is a market leader in the retail real estate industry. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, they provide tenant representation, leasing brokerage, consulting, and development services throughout the Carolinas. MoseleyREA provides exclusive representation to industry leaders including Whole Foods, Jared Jewelers, Taco Bell, Starbucks Coffee, CVS Pharmacy, and many more.
In 2016, MoseleyREA was engaged by the growing retail food chain Freddy’s Custard and Steakburgers on a $2,000,000 rapid development project. The site is a 1.5-hour drive from the MoseleyREA offices and a two-day trip for the customer. MoseleyREA wanted to use cameras to allow their team and the customer to monitor progress in real-time and reduce site travel.
MoseleyREA chose to deploy the Sensera MC-78 camera for this and future development projects.
