The Challenge

With multiple simultaneous projects throughout the state including a 2,500 – 7,000 square foot residential new construction/remodeling project with 8,000 to 20,000 square feet of lot sizes, Koncept Design + Build needed a multi-site, real-time progress monitoring, and security solution to help ensure each customer’s home is treated with respect, care, and dedication.

To guarantee this level of service is met, Koncept Design + Build sought out full-featured project cameras that were easy to set up and relocate, able to be remotely managed, and did not require on-site power. Koncept Design + Build also required versatile time-lapse video tools.

The Solution

Sensera was able to provide Koncept Design + Build with the cameras they needed to monitor their projects from start to finish on the numerous construction sites spread throughout the state — the Koncept Design + Build team has the ability to monitor a project’s progress in real-time even when they aren’t on-site.
